These terms apply to your use of the Creative Media website (https://creativecompany.net) and to our social media and marketing services. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide social media management, content creation, advertising and related marketing services. The details, price and schedule for each client are agreed separately in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) and take priority over these general terms.

2. Client accounts and content

• Clients keep ownership of their brands, accounts and the materials they give us.
• Clients confirm they have the right to the logos, photos, products and information they provide, and that their content follows the law and the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Clients give us access to their accounts only for the agreed services and can remove that access at any time.
• Unless agreed otherwise, content we create for a client may be shown in our portfolio.

3. Platforms and results

Social media platforms are run by third parties such as Meta and can change their rules, features or reach at any time. We work carefully to reach agreed goals, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, views, messages or sales, and we are not responsible for platform outages or decisions.

4. AI-assisted replies

Where a client uses our AI reply feature, replies are based on the information the client gives us. Clients are responsible for keeping that information accurate and for choosing whether replies are reviewed by staff or sent automatically.

5. Payment

Fees and payment dates are agreed with each client. Advertising budgets paid to platforms are separate from our service fees unless agreed otherwise.

6. Website use

You may not misuse this website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the three months before the claim.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. We will first try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith.
