Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Creative Media to delete personal data we hold about you at any time, including data received through Facebook or Instagram when you messaged, commented on or interacted with a business whose accounts we manage.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@creativecompany.net with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your name and your Facebook or Instagram name (or the phone number or email you contacted us from), and, if you know it, which business's Page or account you contacted.
3. We confirm we have received your request within 3 working days, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

Businesses that used our services

If you are a business that connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to our tools, you can also remove our access yourself at any time:

• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Creative Media Social and select Remove.
• In Meta Business Suite: remove our business as a partner under Settings → Partners.

When our access is removed, we delete the account's access tokens, messages and related data within 30 days.
